• Helped build and scale Centrica's Finance Automation Centre of Excellence team that over the past 2 years automated 480 financial reports/processes using Microsoft's Power Platform saving the company over 3,000 man hours each month while delivering valuable insights for the organization.

• Managed a team of 3 onshore and 5 offshore financial analysts.
• Successfully led a special projects that outsourced over 300 finance processes to our team in Bangalore, India

• Developed economic feasibility analysis on proposed redistribution center and solar program expansion.

• Managed the accounting for weapon system contracts which included results analysis, ledger consolidation, quarter end exhibits and contract setup/closeout.

• Managed the budget for program contracts to ensure engineering efforts aligned with expectations on cost, schedule and performance.

Developed cost estimates for routine and follow on proposals bringing in over $270M in domestic and foreign sales.

Served as administrator for research grants and contracts awarded to the College of Engineering, College of Agriculture and College of Optical Sciences.
