I am a person that likes to get things done because I love feeling a sense of accomplishment. I am a very fast learner. I learn from my mistakes and I make sure I don't do them again. I work well alone and with others. I'm very committed to improving my skills and knowledge to contribute to the companies success. I'm willing to put 110% of hard work to companies because I have the necessary skills for it and I'm self motivated. I would like to get more experience and expand my skills that will benefit companies.
What I did in Harbor Freight was pretty much everything except being on the forklift. I was supposed to get trained sometime in June, but things changed because I wanted to attend school, and they didn't work with my schedule. I was trained in every department because I love doing new things in the warehouse and not do the same thing over and over for months. I wanted to get more opportunities and be recognized. I was recognized by every manager. I was in departments like shipping (loading), receiving (unloading), DTC (Direct To Consumer which was picking, packing, go-backs, Parts, loading, unloading, Case mods, PTL, Non con A and B, Bulk, etc), PTL (Pick to light which was getting the right amount items in a tote and putting it on the conveyor), Case mods (which was slapping labels on the product and putting it on the conveyor) Non con A and B (which was getting items from aisles and putting it on the pallet while using a pallet jack). I was trained in every department and did those tasks.
