In charge of 9 rigs and crews, assure all rigs have proper trained personnel and all fit for duty

supervise rigs closely while getting close to equipment load limits

Have good relationship and communication with all crew leaders and customers

keep all rig inventory available and tools inspected when needed

make sure crews are following operating guidelines to stay safe and not damage equipment

available at all times for second opinions from operators and customers, to make best well procedures

supervise 4 rigs and crew members,

inspect equipment to avoid down time ,

make sure proper safety guide lines are being followed to meet customer standards, help crews on anything needed to avoid accidents, equipment damage,

Follow customer procedure on wells, run pipe tally's

and rod break down, to insure proper well spacing

have good communication with lease operators, 3rd parties

to follow well procedures

incharge of the safety of crew members,

be sure all down hole equipment has proper torque, and sequence , to avoid well failures

keep a safe and productive pace while operating equipmnet

follow well guidelines, run pipe tallys, proper rpm,s, weight on bit, and torque for certain pipe grades, keep crew safe , be sure proper mud weights are used to avoid blowouts, stay alert of any pit fluid level gain or loss for proper well control, be sure sweeps and chemicals are being pumped to maintain good well bore conditions
