Job duties include assisting clients to understand and how to access banking products and services. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision (verbal and written). Maintain standardized reporting on loss components such as compromise card events and status. Manage customer's issues on service or transaction needs, research complaints, assist with checking, savings, business accounts, certificate of deposit accounts. Responsible for closing checking and savings accounts at customer request. Perform card activation/deactivation, card replacement, fund transfers and line of credit. Initiate and file transaction disputes and all other responsibilities assigned by direct supervisors.
Job duties include answering multiple inbound calls and assisting customers by providing necessary services and account information, resolving account and or service problems, open and close customer accounts, maintain customer records by updating account information, clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
