  • Developed an analytical model to identify 'Special Days' of usage at I-77 Express Lanes where traffic patterns and customer groups are different from regular days.
  • Worked with the Texas Transportation Institute to improve upon 'RouteE', low-emission route recommender used by Google, by inhouse data collection and modelling. Project involved coordinating data collection with volunteers, modelling driver behavior (eg. Stop and go patterns) to predict emissions and testing model on Wejo 3rd party data.   • Part of the team implementing the 'Real Time Propensity' model for I-77 Express Lanes, with projected increase in yearly revenue of $3 million. The model uses an Isolation Forest based anomaly detection model which sits on top of Cintra's Toll Setting Algorithm.
  • Created Dallas TEXpress Lanes' first CRM table for promotion testing based on customer loyalty and churn patterns.
  • Forecasted lifetime price increase potential for 407 Express Lanes, Canada using optimization techniques in Gurobi.
