I'm from the Central African country of Democratic Republic the Congo (DRC). I came to the United States of America from Muyinga, Burundi as a refugee in the year 2012. I lived my first six years in DRC; due to civil war and armed conflict my family migrated to neighboring in Burundi. After six years in a refugee camp, my family of eight moved to America, I speak 6 languages, French, Swahili, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda, Kibembe, and English.
