PROJECT: The I-395/SR 836/ I-95 project is a partnership between the Florida department of transportation (FDOT) and the Miami-Dade expressway authority (MDX) with the construction limits on state road (SR) 836 beginning at NW 17 avenue and continuing through the SR 836/I-395/I-95 (midtown) interchange to the MacArthur causeway bridge. The limits on I-95 are from NW 8 street to NW 29 street. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2024.

FUNCTIONS:

• Review, check and monitoring of the technical specifications of the project according to the FDOT requirements.
• Maintaining safety on site trough promoting a safety culture.
• Rebar and mass concrete(10000 PSI) control for the construction of 345 precast segmental arches that in total gets to 19250 yd3 concrete.
• Release and final inspections of the concrete segments with the city inspectors.
• Concrete Bar Post tension stressing according to design Pressure and FDOT requirements.
• RFI, NCR and CDR Submittals to design team for Modifications or changes in the drawings.
• Calculation of quantities of work executed, Concrete scheduling in coordination with the project manager and superintendents on the field,rebar request 7162200 lbs. of rebar.
• Coordinate with project superintendents in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Prepare Shop Drawings for field Supervisors including modifications and new revisions.
• Monitoring and control of rebar subcontractors for rebar cage assembly.
• Management of the control of technical changes in the project.
  Report and control of in consistences of the design.
• Preparation of daily reports of quantities of works executed report of new interferences.
• Participate and contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.
