The "Doha 2024 FINA World Championships & World Masters Championships" stands as a pioneering sports endeavor orchestrated by the Ministry of Culture and Sports in collaboration with Ashghal. This monumental initiative, known as "The Championships," is scheduled to unfold from February 2 to March 3, 2024, in the vibrant city of Doha. To bring this vision to life, dedicated contractors will craft temporary competition venues strategically positioned at Aspire Zone and Doha Old Port, meticulously designed to meet both LOC and FINA specifications.
The Championships will be a spectacle of athleticism, featuring five Olympic sports: Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, and Marathon Swimming, complemented by the non-Olympic discipline of High Diving. The project involves the installation of five temporary swimming pools, with four situated at Aspire Zone and one at Doha Old Port specifically designated for High Diving. Beyond the competition venues, the project encompasses a comprehensive upgrade of training facilities at key locations including Hamad Aquatic Center, Qatar University, Al Sadd Club-Swimming Academy, and Qatar Foundation.

▪Development of Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp at Duhail- The Officers’ Club and Shooting Range (CPC‐07e).
The Lekhwiya Officers’ Club & Shooting Range is to be constructed on a dedicated plot of approximately 91,158 m², located within ISF Duhail Camp and includes the Main building, Multipurpose Hall, Shooting Range Building, infrastructure networks, and associated utility buildings, internal roads, hard and soft landscaping.
Main Building: Total built‐up area (BUA) is approximately 11,331m² consisting of the following: Ground floor the indoor game facilities (i.e., Multipurpose court and Squash courts), Kitchen, Café, SPA, Treatment rooms, and Majles, Mezzanine floor that accommodate Entertainment Area (i.e., Bowling Court, Gaming and TV areas) in addition to Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Area, First and second floors which have the Officers’ accommodation of standard single rooms and suites as per 5 Star hotel specification. Multi‐Purpose Hall with an approximate area of 4016 m2 and a capacity of 500 persons, including storage spaces for a preparatory kitchen storage/service vice area. Shooting Range Building with an approximate area of 3,470 m2.(3 No.) Watchman room of an approximate BUA area of 20 m2 each, Infrastructure networks such as Potable Water Network (HDPE pipes), Fire Fighting Network (HDPE pipes) with connections, chambers, Storm Drainage Network (GRP pipes) with surface water network including gullies, manholes, catch pits, Foul Sewage Network (GRP pipes) with connections, and manhole, Irrigation Network with connection, and different types of chambers, internal roads, hard and soft landscaping.

The Lekhwiya Health Centre Project consists of approximately 13,000 m² total built-up area (BUA) to be constructed on a dedicated plot of approximately 41,900 m², located within ISF Duhail Camp. ISF Health Centre comprises the following buildings: Main Health Centre building with an approximate area of 13,000m²; Ancillary building with an approximate area of 124m²; Watchman room of an approximate area of 30m²; Ambulance Garage with an approximate area of 150m²; Service Building with an approximate area of 112m. The Main Health Centre building comprises the following: 7 General consultation rooms; 84 specialized clinics covering different functions such as Ophthalmology ology, Psychiatric, Neurology, Urology, Orthopedic, and Pediatric clinical; an Emergency Department of approximately 1220 m², including 30 beds; Radiology Department of approximately 570 m², including associated functions like X-ray, Panoramic x-ray, Ultrasound, and mammography; Main Pharmacy, covering an approximate area of 173 m2; Physiotherapy department of approximately 1400 m2; Ozone and Oxygen Chamber department, covering an area of 855 m2; 11 Dental Clinics, Infrastructure networks such as Potable Water Network (HDPE pipes), Fire Fighting Network (HDPE pipes) with connections, chambers, Storm Drainage Network (GRP pipes) with surface water network including gullies, manholes, catch pits, Foul Sewage Network (GRP pipes) with connections, and manhole, Irrigation Network with connection, and different types of chambers, internal roads, hard and soft landscaping.
▪Doha Live Project at Doha – Qatar “Lifestyle hotel and boutique retail experience”.
Doha live is a mixed-use development that addresses the functional and organizational concerns of public space in the city of Doha. It introduces unique spatial qualities by fusing the mixed-use program with the surrounding community and by connecting it to the urban fabric. This connectivity infiltrates the project with a series of interconnected spaces through the mass of the building providing visual connectivity and interest while at the same time flooding the spaces with natural light. The use of transparent and permeable surfaces is used to spatially and visually connect Hotel and Retail areas, further aided by the curvilinear shapes and sophisticated angles which encourage fluid mobility and exploration. Doha Live is a unique modern lifestyle destination in Doha, Qatar, fusing a 5-Star design hotel with retail, dining, and leisure. It is located in the Najma district and consists of a multi-story building with five basement car parks. The project site is T - shaped in the plan and the excavation depth on the leg of T shape is 11mbgl while for the remaining site, the excavation depth is 21mbgl, with a total Built-up Area of 40000 m².
▪Al Asmakh Heritage Buildings at Doha – Qatar
The project is One of the richest historical sites of Doha, which is near the famous Souk Waqif and the new Msheireb project. The project comprises of construction of a Museum, Hotels, Shops, Restaurants & Coffee Shops, Mosques, Public Toilets, Services, and Under Ground Car Park with a total Built-up Area of 80,000 m2, Infrastructure networks such as a Potable Water Network (HDPE pipes), Fire Fighting Network (HDPE pipes) with connections, chambers, Storm Drainage Network (GRP pipes) with surface water network including gullies, manholes, catch pits, Foul Sewage Network (GRP pipes) with connections, and manhole, Irrigation Network with connection, and different types of chambers, internal roads, hard and soft landscaping.
▪JW Marriot Doha – Qatar.
The project is a 3 basement + Ground + 51 floors, 5 Star hotel and apartment building situated in a prime location on Doha’s West Bay precinct. The plot of land, inclusive of the connected government plot is an area of 9,562m2. The total Built Up Area of the entire development is circa 111,285m2. The plot of land is bordered by Diplomatic Road and an unnamed road on the opposite front. The building will be circa 215 meters above ground with a multi-faceted façade featuring a large cantilevered pool deck on the 33rd floor of the building.
▪Six (6) New Schools – Package 4 – Qatar.
The project will consist of the construction of kindergartens, and primary and secondary schools at various locations throughout Qatar. The schools are classified as either standard or village and generally follow a standard design template. The project is situated on a land area of 3,563m2. The building footprint is 1,425m2, and it consists of the basement, ground floor, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors (the 3rd occupies 25% of the floor area.
▪Hyde Park - New Cairo.
The project is a unique residential and commercial development of over 6.3 million m2. The development comprises luxury villas, townhouses 2, 4, and 6 plex units), apartments, retail centers, 72 m high commercial/office towers, a golf course, a golf club, a sports and health center, and community facilities.
▪Children's Cancer Hospital Section at Al Helal Hospital – Tanta.
The project comprised the refurbishment of parts of Al Helal El Ahmar Hospital for Children Cancer in Tanta with a capacity of 50 beds. The project comprises the ground, 4 typical floors, and a roof with a built-up area of 4,000m2.

The project comprises the design review of infrastructure and road networks for a high-end residential compound consisting of 600 constructed villas; 170 villas and commercial/recreational areas are under construction.

An office building located on a total land area of 5,256m2 on the 6th of October City comprising one basement with a total area of 3,800m2, a ground floor, and two typical floors with a total area of 6,600m2. The footprint of the building is about 40% of the land area.
▪Oriana Villas, Cairo Festival City - New Cairo.
With a land area of approximately 3 million m2 to construct a mixed commercial, retail, and residential development, including 172 luxury villas; the three types and each type is of three styles, Italian, French, and Spanish, and each style of three facade types. The Project can only be accessed through three guarded gates.
