Establishing rapport with students and creating an inclusive classroom environment were essential aspects of the role, along with employing positive reinforcement strategies to keep students engaged during whole group class time. Moreover, the position required the creation and facilitation of educational classroom games and activities catering to larger groups of students, as well as providing individualized support to students in English writing, listening skills, and grammar when needed.
