  and submit to the main contractor for the approval.

Responsibilities
• Apply Permission to Work (PTW) application to the KAHRAMAA
• Submit Request for Inspection to the Kahramaa for each step of cable laying
• Apply shut down request to the Kahramaa
• Submit all the GIS to Kahramaa
• Testing and Commissioning of Service Cabinet for Traffic signal.
• Submit INR to the main contractor of all the work done at site
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports with photograph.
• Supervision of trench excavation, Sand bedding, Sand surrounding and
backfilling for HV and MV, LV tranches.
• Supervision of all Electrical works (MV, LV cable laying), Diversion of MV cable
and LV cable.
• Supervision of Street lighting works. (Installation of Street lighting poles 08m
single Arm,12m Double Arm,14m Double Arm,16m Triple Arm).
• Supervision of street light cable laying.
• Testing of MV, LV cables at site before installation and after installation.
• Making all the site reports and submit to the Kahramaa and Main contractor.
Arrange Jointers team for Jointing (MV, LV and Shut down Jointing) and report to Kahramaa

250watt.

project as per design, specifications and as per safety & planning.
• Investigate problem/issues at site and recommendation for the solutions.

Project: KFU PROJECT AL HAFUF and the Client was Saudi Electricity,
King Faisal University is one of the biggest university in Saudi Araba,In this
project all the 13.8KV (more than 50)Package substation have been dismantled
and demolished and energized new substations. And laid new HV cables for the
substations.

• Installation of Indoor, outdoor, package substation and pmt including HV and
MV switch Gear. (Siemens 8BK80,3AHS VCB,LUCY SF6 RMU).
• Responsible for HV MV, LV joints and terminations, Coordinate with
KAHRAMAA(QATAR ELECTRICITY).for the Substation shutdown work.
• Supervision of Kahramaa 11kV Package and Indoor/outdoor Substation
including, DB’s,HV panels transformer, Feeder pillars installation and fitting
inspection.
• Supervising for MV/LV & pilot cable jointing and termination.
• Supervising of 11kV, LV and pilot cables pulling.
• Coordination with Kahramaa for the inspection of trench for cable laying.
• Coordination with Kahramaa for inspection of material and fitting inspection
including testing and commissioning.
• Supervising the Installation of High Mast, Street Lighting, Bridges and Under
Pass Lighting.
• Monitoring site daily progress and site issues of work and report to project
manager.
• Coordination with Kahramaa for the inspection of trenches, cable laying, fitting
inspection and shut down.
• Supervision of trench excavation, Sand bedding, Sand surrounding and
backfilling for HV and MB LV tranches.
• Supervision of cancellation and dismantling the substation and change the load
to another substation.
