Machine operator at surface department

• Primary is to start up, calibrate machines to ensure everything is up to specifications and running efficiently. Maintaining, troubleshooting and clean machines the end of the shift.

Mounter at finish department

• Inspect lenses and frame make sure there is no defect.
• Shaping the lens to fit the specific frame through edging, and then carefully inserting it into the frame groove or securing it with screws.
• Aligning, seating, and securing the lens, then performing a final inspection and adjustment to ensure a proper fit and appearance.

• Supervised daily operations and ensured adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Trained new staff on operational processes, enhancing team efficiency and performance.
• Collaborated with management to implement process improvements, increasing workflow effectiveness.
• Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with suppliers to maintain stock availability.

Machine operator

• Fully cross-trained on every machine and station. The Primary responsibility is to safely set up and operate the Anti reflective coating machine. Quality controls by way of inspection throughout the process.

• Operated and maintained machinery to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency.

• Trained new operators on equipment handling, safety protocols, and quality standards.
