Dedicated and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals on the Autism spectrum. In-depth knowledge of skill acquisition programming, the safe management and treatment of challenging behavior, and ample experience with verbal behavior programming, especially in Early Intervention settings. Experience with programming and teaching essential social skills with a focus on independent skills for adolescents and teenagers. Particular interests include individualized programming driven by respect for each client's needs and dignity for stereotypy reduction. Interests in access to the effective acquisition of safety skills and independent living skills across settings and culturally appropriate sex education to ease the transition to adulthood and community inclusion. Additional interests in effective programming for substance use reduction in the general population.
