LEADERSHIP

I have always migrated to leadership positions in my personal life and professional. Outside of my leadership responsibilities in my current position, I have also served as a Board Member of the Washington DC Metro Chapter of Community Associations Institute, including serving as Treasurer for two years. I also am a regular speaker and training presenter for CAI, mostly focusing on training related to budgeting, community association financial statements and employee retention and team-building. I enjoy working with other industry leaders to provide training opportunities to both rookie and veteran managers in the community association industry.
