  • As the lead guide I managed a classroom with up to 16 children 0-3, and 4-5 teachers. I opened the school each day greeting my team and families with a well prepared classroom.
  • I was also the cook, made well balanced and healthy meals. Also practiced baby lead weaning and educated parents with afterhours workshops.
  • I maintained record keeping for Northwest Nutrition, a state based subsidy program.
  • I maintained and managed all record keeping and stayed in compliance with state licensing.
  • I kept up on daily communication with all families about their children. I created a relationship with parents that was transparent, truthful and empathetic. I was really able to help a lot of families move through some hard parenting moments.
  • I created and executed small group workshops on toilet training, toddler behavior, nutrition, and Montessori work.
