Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty. Tastes all prepared food items.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service. Responsible for records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.

• Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
• Responsible for holding the team accountable for quality and productivity performances. Deliver training and information to peers and hourly associate, both individually and in groups. Also responsible for the following;
• Track and report labor hours
• Occasionally, assist with production duties, train associates and verify SOP (standard operating procedure) compliance
• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics
• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
• Maintain a full understanding of workflow and daily production
• Ensure work areas remain clean and are properly equipped
• Identify and address safety hazards within the work area, and participate in safety initiatives

• Provided excellent customer service to promote and educate customers on products, services and offers. Answer, screen, and redirect an average of 40 calls daily with professionalism and efficacy. Input accurate data to route sales information to the appropriate branch.
