I do architectural precast finish, which includes all details on precast wall panels, correcting and fixing all damages caused during transportation and erection of those panels from the factory to the job sites, we also do cleaning using different machineries depending on the types of finishes those panels have, there are several types of finishes which requires washing, toning, color matching, chips, spalls, breaks, cracks etc.
Our job is to make sure all the panels match the rest of the buildings, parking decks, whatever the job may be. We also do long term maintenance as requested.
After the panels are installed on the building we have to make sure it all matches perfectly with the existent ones so the architect signs off and the owner is able to sell the project/building.
