SkinSAFE Inc is an app/web page where you can use on your computer, smartphone, or mobile device that is essentially a shopping list of skincare products that are safe for you. I Managed risk, investigated solutions and established project recovery plans. Closely collaborated with project members to identify and quickly address problems. Managed company’s local East Bay office; responsibilities included management of business operations, 12 team members and resources. Collaborate with business, technology, user experience, quality assurance and stakeholders. Worked with physicians and health professionals to establish HIPAA compliant enterprise accounts with medical groups including Mayo Clinic and Dermatology Nurses Association to help physicians manage their patients’ skin allergens.

Is an organization dedicated to providing effective training to startup engineers and designers. Finding great women coders and UX/UI designers is challenging. There are very few of us and we would love to see more gender diversity in this field.

I was leading a fantastic team of product professionals focused on women's empowerment to make sure they get better IT opportunities.
