Being a math tutor helped me become more confident and gain experience guiding students through academic challenges in individualized sessions. I was able to practice my communication skills and devise progress assessment plans, helping students establish personal goals and remain accountable for success. I tried to encourage and employ innovative learning tools to build personal confidence among students. Through tutoring, I got to connect with people, identify struggles, and create personalized lessons to support growth. Being able to share stories, provides motivation and guidance to enhance student morale make me feel like my work is meaningful and helpful.
