I spent that last year working for Eric Oster at Rock Creek Landscaping.

Most of the work consisted of installing irrigation, rock walls, walkways, and borders, brushing and clearing, and general property maintenance.

The job consisted of a lot of heavy lifting and grunt work.

I always really enjoyed watching the transformation and seeing the final product. Eric is an artist and is very good at what he does, Unfortunately I wasn't getting enough hours to do a whole lot more than keep the lights on so I left to work independently.

While living in Oakland California I was employed Under Robert Bulterman of Bulterman Electric.

My responsibilities included installing switches, receptacles, and various electrical appliances. Trouble shooting and diagnosing issues with existing wiring. Assisting with the instillation of electrical panels and running new circuits for commercial buildings and residential housing in and around the San Francisco bay area.I really enjoyed working for Rob. He was an excellent teacher and made sure that I got plenty of hands on experience and instruction while I was there.Out of all the various jobs in construction I've had, I enjoy electrical work the most and if i hadn't had to move back to mariposa im sure Id still be working for him.

While initially roofing started out as a part time job for me, it gradually turned into a full time 9-5. I spent about three years working for Bill Dewitt of Dewitt roofing in Mariposa Ca.

While working for Bill I was tasked with demoing and removing old existing roofing and replacing it.

We installed metal, composition and torch down roofing.

I didn't much enjoy the work itself, but I liked the crew I was on and Bill was a good employer. I worked for Bill right up until I left Mariposa to pursue more gainful employment and education.
