2020 Camp Season (Support Staff)

• Worked to build a socially distanced day camp program from the ground up
• Helped run arts and crafts, target skills, sports, and other week-specific programs
• Supported kitchen staff by washing dishes and aiding in food preparation

2021-2022 Camp Seasons (Head Counselor)

• Worked to rebuild a counselor training program amid the COVID-19 Pandemic
• Worked one-on-one with teenage counselors to further their communication and leadership skills
• Fostered a growth-driven mentorship program between paid program staff and volunteer counselors
• Scheduled and assigned counselors to camp sessions and specific groups of campers
• Mentored and took responsibility for a team of 50+ inexperienced volunteer counselors
• Contacted alumni, parents, and current counselors via email, text, and phone calls

• Designed age-appropriate nature-based crafts for groups of campers between the ages of 6 and 18
• Purchased and organized supplies for each session of the summer
• Aided campers in completing crafts and uplifted them to be proud of their work
