Key responsibilities in grounds: property maintenance as in trash upkeep, pressure washing, keeping the walkways & parking lots free of debris, spot painting

Key responsibilities in maintenance tech 1-2: appliance repair, painting, drywall patching, monthly PM’s on the units, light electrical work, some plumbing

Key responsibilities in maintenance tech 3: more advanced training on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, training tech 1-2’s, appliance repairs

Key responsibilities tech 2/pool tech: maintain all property pools, hot tubs, & splash pad, pressure washing, inventory on all chemicals for aquatics, general upkeep of property.

• Coordinated medical appointments for children as needed, ensuring proper healthcare access and timely treatment for any concerns or issues that arose.
• Organized recreational activities for children to help develop their social skills and promote physical fitness.
