Professional Accomplishments

Over the past 20 years I started up a baseball challenge team while in high school. I ran a Best Buddies program when I was in college. I have run and operated multiple residential group homes at one time. I have overseen almost 200 employees. I have become fully trained in all operations so that I can train my staff. I have created my own policies and procedures as well as come up with my own budget and analyze all my own data. I opened several residential homes both for 6400 and 3800 regulations. As a case manager I help over 100 people find housing, jobs and assistance with food and health care. As an adult protective service investigator, I help almost 500 individuals with disabilities. I have completed my bachelor's degree and I'm working on my masters degree.
