Penn State THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, University Park, PA, Stage Performance Coordinator, 04/2022 - 02/2023, Raised $15 million collectively as an organization to fight pediatric cancer from the July-February fundraising period., Contacted, auditioned, and maintained relationships with around 40 internal and external performers to provide stage entertainment for over 10,000 spectators over the 46 hour no sleeping, no sitting dance marathon., Managed the flow of documents/submissions (contracts, riders, tech requirements, logos, group descriptions, pass lists) to complete stage deliverables (minute-by-minute excel timeline, script, logo PowerPoint) so the DJ Coordinators could execute the performances properly.
Penn State THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world, University Park, PA, Floor Entertainment Captain/Dancer Relations Liaison, 09/2021 - 02/2022, Raised $13.7 million collectively as an organization to fight pediatric cancer from the July-February fundraising period., Contacted, auditioned, and maintained relationships with around 25 internal and external performers to provide floor entertainment for the 700 student dancers that took on THONs 46 hour no sleeping, no sitting dance marathon., Led a focus group of 15 Entertainment committee members that facilitated the 6 Theme Hours THON Weekend., Liaison between the Entertainment and Dancer Relations committees to ensure effective collaboration on the Theme Hours.
