Recommendation Letter

I am writing this letter in strong support of Holly Perz. I have come to know Holly during my time in the Electrophysiology Lab and within the Cardiac Step-down unit of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Holly is a very impressive individual from numerous aspects. She is extremely organized and has a truly uncanny ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve an extremely high level of efficiency. She demonstrates extreme attention to detail with each of these tasks as well. In addition she has a tremendous work ethic and is never satisfied until a task is not only completed, but completed to her self-imposed level of satisfaction. While performing at such a high level in all aspects of clinical care, she always makes time for her co-workers. She is a true team player and has very effective interpersonal skills. She is very effective at team building and maintaining morale. Her fellow coworkers and staff look up to her as their mentor in many situations because of her capabilities. Holly is one of those rare individuals that consistently performs above the level that is expected of her and as a result exceeds all expectations of someone in her position. I have personally witnessed her interact with patients as well, and she does so with a tremendous amount of caring and compassion. The patients she takes care of are very complicated and require multi-faceted care from many different specialties, and despite this, Holly displays an impressive ability to span all specialties and provide a sense of ease for these patients. She is an extremely committed person, but does so while displaying an extreme amount of caring. Many patients have independently expressed to me how wonderful their interactions have been with her and how meticulous she is in her approach to their care. In short, Holly exudes confidence, but does so in a very humble and respectful manner. From a character stand point, Holly is trustworthy and is simply a quality human being at her core. She is honest and can be taken at her word, no matter what the situation. Importantly she is admired and respected by her co-workers for these qualities. I support her endeavor in all of her pursuits to the highest degree. Please do not hesitate to contact me regarding this exceptional individual at my email or by phone. Sincerely, Dr. Mohammad Kanj, MD, Electrophysiologist, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland, Ohio.
