I've been committed to Taco Bell for almost 6 years. I pride myself in customer service which I excell in. I am the go to person to deal with disgruntled customers. To me it's so easy I simply apologize and ask how I can fix the problem. It works 100% of the time. In my experience if you try to understand the needs of the customer it is so much easier to fulfill the needs of the customer.
