As an Education Leader, I lead, train, guide, coach and mentor the Instructors to deliver brilliant, consistent eduction and create will rounded, salon ready students.

I also train the Instructors to know state rules, laws, and regulations; and consistently inspect, coach and redirect as needed.

I also review the education schedule for the day and adjust as needed. I continually inspect and observes the clinic classroom is functioning properly.

I also work on major ongoing tasks or projects career and certification prep, Instructors training and team schedules.

I also Update all continuing education files, reviews license inspection and schedules all Instructors evaluations.

I also purchase supplies for classroom success and student kits.

As an Advisor, I mentor, coach, inspire and advise students throughout their time in school. I help them maintain proper attendance, satisfactory academics and overall school proformance.

I oversee multiple schedules and programs, such as Cosmetology, Barbering, Hairstylist, Nails and Skin programs.

I also monitor all school and student programs by conducting regular monthly meetings with students to insure they are in compliance with all state regulations.

I undestand the cost of running a school and avoids overstaffing and overtime, while still meeting the required student-to-Instructor ratios.

I taught all programs such as Cosmetology, Hairstylist, Nails and skin. Specialist in Theory and on the clinic floor to oversee all services. I also work closely with the education leader and other instructors making sure we download all services on the clinic classroom. I also continued my education by reviewing all rules and regulations to be in state compliance.

I've worked in the industry since 1991. Being an educator and behind the chairs. I've been lead instructor in Theory as well as floor instructor. This industry means the world to me and I'm very proud to be apart of it.
