Holly Williams

My past job opportunities helped me grow in my teaching. Working as a teachers assistant I learned how to adapt for each student and their learning needs. Like reading questions off during test or offering math learning tools and helping them through each problem. It also helped me with working other employees and getting along with them and growing relationships. Working as a SPED paraprofessional helped me in so many aspects. It first helped me grow my knowledge of teaching and how I can help each student. I was involved in all grades and participated in specials, like participating in the music program and having fun in gym class. Overall these job opportunities has expanded my knowledge of teaching and having a a lot of fun!
