  • Work directly with CEO and COO to create and manage all aspects of $19 million dollar operating budget.
  • Oversee submission process for Jewish Federation allocations, resulting in $985,000 in funding each year.
  • Manage all aspects of Jewish Foundation funding resulting in $1.8 million in operational grant funding each year.

  • Managed all aspects of community wide Israel at 70 celebration. This six-month long celebration required fundraising for and management of half million-dollar budget, promoting programs for 36 Jewish organizations, attracting and managing talent from US and Israel.
  • Created and managed quarterly Jewish and Israeli Book Club utilizing local scholars from University of Cincinnati’s Judaic Studies Department, HUC and authors from across US and Israel.
  • Co-led community-wide interfaith initiative to strengthen existing programs, develop strategies and broaden our approach to interfaith community. Mayerson JCC and Jewish Federation of Cincinnati are working with Interfaith Inclusion Leadership Initiative (IILI) of Interfaith Family to develop this effort.

  • Developed, implemented and supervised all aspects of multiple community wide holiday celebrations over two years, attracting thousands of attendees and a committee of over 100 volunteers.

Mandel Institute of Non-Profit Leadership - Executive Leadership Fellow Cohort V

Brookline, MA | January 2024 - Current


The Mandel Executive Leadership Program, offered by the Mandel Institute for Nonprofit Leadership, is an 18-month fellowship designed to empower mid-career Jewish professionals to become senior leaders by sharpening their visions of Jewish communal life and enhancing their leadership and management skills.


  • Applied for Cohort V and was awarded an 18-month fellowship.
  • Fellows analyze the changing communal landscape, sharpen their guiding visions of Jewish life, and expand their leadership and management skills.
  • Fellows analyze trends in North American Jewish communities and Israeli society, and deliberate together about salient opportunities and challenges.
  • The fellowship includes four in-person seminars, skills-focused short courses and peer-led practice groups. Three seminars are taught by the program’s multidisciplinary faculty. One seminar is held in Israel and features joint learning with fellows of Mandel’s Israel-based programs.


The Wexner Foundation - Wexner Heritage Program

The Wexner Heritage Program (WHP), funded by The Wexner Foundation in partnership with local communities, is a two year educational experience that trains Jewish volunteer leaders to grow through deep learning about Judaism, Jewish History, and Leadership. 20 ourstanding and diverse Jewish volunteers are provided with the opportunity to learn together while creating strong bonds.


  • Was nominated to apply for The Wexner Heritage Program in 2012 by local community leaders.
  • Applied for two year fellowship and was chosen to be part of a cohort of 20 diverse Jewish volunteer leaders.
  • Received training and education in Jewish history, thought, and leadership challenges
  • The program is designed to expand vision, deepened knowledge, and inspire transformative leadership within the Jewish community.
