- Conducted periodic physical inventories to verify accuracy of records. I conducted pre op. To allow the production floor to be ready for production. Drove forklift to bring the product to be sliced. To the slicers etc. Conduct checks on the pans and metal sheets. While the mold & sheet washer machine cleaned them. Weighed the packages of slice meat. On a hand held scale. To verify the customer is getting the correct weight of the product. Placed labels on the boxes after they are boxed up. Made sure the boxes run through the metal detector. Made sure the metal detector is operating correctly. Took samples of the meats put together to produce a product.
