Conduct daily safety meetings with the craft to review safety issues or concerns that are coming from the craft other contractors. In order to make sure we have the proper PPE required to do the task safely, we walk down both new and existing projects with the client to learn about the hazards of each site. Ensuring a safe working environment by watching to see that workers are following all safety precautions, such as placing guard rails, toe boards, and safety netting, when creating a scaffold. Developed and facilitated all new-hire orientations. . Provide primary first aid care to injured employees/subcontractors. Perform documented on site risk assessments and audits and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain HSE Plans for site tasks: Fall plans, Lift plans, Protection Plans, JSA's, Severe Weather Plans, etc..

• Site manger over two solar farm sites and multiple sites in central and south texas
• Assisted with audits, training, implementing new policy and procedures, conduct safety meetings and stand downs, assist team with weekly mandatory walk downs, send and generate reports to the HSE Director and HSE training Manager, met with site supervision from all contactor's for daily site meetings, presented KPI’s to site.

• Conduct morning safety meetings with our company to provide updates throughout the refinery and hazards throughout the job site
• Conduct 10-14 audits per week for the client to provide findings on our job site as well as other contractors
• Order and distribute PPE for coworkers when needed
• Safety stand downs are held weekly with the client to ensure we are meeting our deadlines and staying within the guidelines
• Walking down a job to make sure fellow coworkers are wearing all necessary PPE and working safely at all times.

• Oversee contractor safety departments for each company, conduct safety walks with contractors, perform field audits, and assist in hazard tracking and presenting hazard factors to contractors
• Conduct investigations with using the five whys flow chart, assist other contractors in investigations , maintain a safe work environment, certify employees on equipment and keep track of matrix on expiration dates for employees
• Rotate day shift and night shift.

• Perform audits on task being conducted, color code equipment and fall protection, Issue out PPE and note in log book, attend walk through hosted by client, perform single walk arounds, interact with craft and coach
• Promote a good safe work environment, view and correct JHA’S in and out the field with the craft.

• Installing and terminating panels, lighting fixtures, receptacles, switches, etc
• Pulling wires to terminating stations
• Basic stages of trouble shooting live systems, Knowledge of blueprints
• Working everyday with hand and power tools
• Was selected to enter a safety intern program with the company, able to learn about company’s safety standards in detail, perform and assist in audits and meetings.
