Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication with providers. • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, including employee engagement initiatives and training programs. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
