Provide wound care, suture/staple removal, packing of wounds, ear lavages, assisting with procedures, performing lab/cardiac testing, patient education regarding disease process, coordinating patient care with specialty offices as well as community resources, helping assist with PAP programs, completing forms for ALF entry, FMLA, Long term/short term Insurance claims, DMV cases, working with case managers to expedite patients acceptance into rehab facilities, Identified patients for company programs and assisted them with enrollment to achieve better outcomes and improved compliance with medical care. Providing trust and empathy to patients, family and care givers while maintaining HIPPA.
