Managing inventory on a weekly basis. Ensuring our stock is rotated daily to better use our materials. Training new hires and making sure every is caught up with their daily work. Cooking specials when running low. Making Schedules. Serving customer and proficiently answering any concerns they may have.

Building new claims for new customer issues. Customers may be escalated and are transferred over to our department where we can ensure good customer service while escalating the customer to further better assist. Checking new and existing customer orders to ensure they will be shipped out. If any type of delay occurs, we go ahead and immediately relay the information for a customer call back. Sending out checks for trade in offers.

Working with customers to ensure they are getting the right shoe whether it may be for comfort, style, etc. Maintaining cleanliness of the whole store. Making sure sale signs and show releases are out. Keeping shoe displays clean and neat. Opening new shipment and relocating items to the back of the store to be stocked up for easy access.
