Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Review and scan/import loan correspondence and loan documents into tracking system
Review and log daily loan correspondence for ticker tracking
File correspondence and loan documentation in appropriate files
Import and email credit memorandums
Retention of paid loan files
Occasionally provides documents for legal counsel, subpoena and summons requests
Maintain good working relationship with officers and employees
Phone inquiries concerning loan documentation
Order Slab surveys for construction loans
Files Mortgages and UCCs
Handles Loan History disputes in eOscar
