· Scheduling appointments and valet pick up/drop offs for clients
· Working with the valet drivers to schedule multiple valet pick ups and deliveries within a promised time frame
· Greeting customers and maintaining professional communications at all times
· Creating loaner contracts in accordance with company policy. Reviewing customer information for satisfactory license, insurance, and credit card information
· Inspecting returning loaners for damages and obtaining claim information and deductible when necessary
· Reconciling loaner fleet every day to keep accurate counts in order to meet loaner appointment demand
· Helping with the triage of customer complaints in order to determine the level of urgency needed in specific matters pertaining to their vehicle concerns
· Completing encore deliveries with product specialists by answering customer inquiries regarding recently purchased cars as part of company outreach to continue customer relations
· Learning and completing training on new BMW models and latest technologies/updates
· Inputting bill of ladings for incoming vehicles through integrated document management
· Generating and closing work repair orders for roadside assistance requests, mobile recalls and dispatching technicians
• Generate leads for potential cross promotion opportunities for clients
• Making lists of potential promotion opportunities/outlets and their contact information using Cision software
• Use of creative writing techniques in pitches
• Researching and making lists of upcoming events relevant to clients promotional needs
• Participate in creative brainstorming
