Hope Doyle

• Direct supervision, hiring, onboarding, training, assurance of compliance and performance evaluation for the National Institutes of Health (NIH)-Funded Adolescent Brain and Cognitive Development (ABCD) Study team consisting of 15-20 research assistants and volunteers.
• Determined and secured study logistical needs in terms of staff, schedules, supplies, space, and other resources.
• Provided weekly reports to leadership and principle investigator's concerning ABCD Study benchmarks, including completion of data collection procedures, missing data, or additional study metrics.
• Ensured site's data collection was done with high fidelity and accuracy, and then promptly transferred to coordinating site UC San Diego.
• Presented at The Society for Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience 2021 national conference. Poster Title: Associations between neurocognitive measures, prefrontal cortical thickness and ADHD symptoms within the ABCD Study®.

• Daily operational responsibility to lead, train and develop 10 Research Assistants and 3 Interns, reporting to the Clinical Assessments and Testing Co-Investigator.
• Presented weekly protocol update/review portion of lab meeting and was the research assistant teams go-to person for support, advice, or protocol questions.
• Compiled data covering study progress and supply inventory into weekly reports then disseminated to the Clinical Assessments and Testing Co-Investigators for review.
• Continued to administer an 8-hour child neuropsychological and behavioral assessment protocol and other protocol elements.
• Generated, implemented, and executed the Brief Problem Monitor Teacher (BPM-T) survey for sites consortium (approximately 700 participants per school year).
• Piloted National Institutes of Health (NIH)-Funded HEALthy Brain and Child Development Study. Assisted with the safe, efficient, and smooth running of pilot magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning sessions with new-born babies.
• Awards/Honors: 1. April 2021 ABCD Study Staff Member of the Month: chosen from the national consortium of Principal Investigators, Site Managers, Lead Research Assistants, and Research Assistants. 2. Recruited from 200+ ABCD Study research assistants as a Trainee Member for the NeuroCognition Assessment Work Group, NIH- funded.

• Specialized in administering an 8-hour child neuropsychological and behavioral assessment protocol, both in-person and virtually. Protocol involved informed consent and assent, facilitation of self-report interviews, computer-based neurocognitive tasks, a 2 hour magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan, clinical and substance use interviews, and collection of bio-samples (hair, saliva, blood, and urine).
• Conducted follow-up safety evaluations for endorsed suicidal ideation(s) and attempt(s), and self-harm.
• Scheduled and completed follow-up clinical and behavioral phone interviews with youth and parents/legal guardians.
• Extensive data entry and database management experience in support of a 10-year longitudinal study of children starting at age 9.
• Acquisition and basic processing of structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data.
• Worked both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced clinical research setting.
• Zarrow Mental Health Symposium Attendee 2018 and 2019.

For Dr. Michael Wenger's Visual Neuroscience Laboratory

• Lead electroencephalogram (EEG) experimenter for graduate student Dr. Rhoten's study over "The Influence of Iron Deficiency on Declarative, Procedural, and Working Memory".
• Collected and collated EEG and computer based cognitive task data.
• Presented "Feedback Timing Modulates Brain Systems For Learning in Humans" by Karin Foerde and Daphna Shohamy and "Declarative versus Procedural Memory" academic articles to OU research group.

For Dr. Michael D. Mumford's Mumford Research Group

• Piloted, managed, and administered Mumford Research Group graduate students research experiments.
• Extensive data collection and entry experience.
• Presented at The University of Oklahoma Spring 2017 6th Annual Graduate and Undergraduate Psychology Research Conference over “Effects of Leader Social Intelligence on Creativity”.

• Evaluated patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns and medically relevant symptoms.
