Guitar Building
- Designed and built custom electric and acoustic guitars using Fusion 360.
- Operated machines such as bandsaws, planers, drill press, and tablesaws to cut and shape wood.
- Shaped wood by hand using chisels, files, spokeshaves, scrapers, and various sanders.
- Assembled guitars after finishing. Performed fretwork and installed soldered electronics.
- Worked as a part of a team but also carried out projects independently.
Lockheed Martin Intern Group Projects
- E&T - Autonomous Reconnaissance Robot (ARR)
- Worked in a team to assemble and program a given mBot to navigate autonomously, respond to hand signals, and avoid obstacles using Arduino.
- Performed testing and integration of hardware and software using systems engineering.
- Competed and awarded 1st place against 36 other teams of interns.
- Received the 2023 Top Overall E&T Intern Project at Lockheed Martin.
- Operations - Robots for Asset Sustainment
- Investigated the use of robotics for maintenance and inspection activities on future unmanned and minimally manned Navy ships.
- Created a demo of 3D models of robots in ship engine rooms using NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim as a team.
- Researched multiple robotics options for needed specifications.
