• Perform patient head-to-toe assessment, including neurological assessment, and report any changes in neurological exam.
• Continuous monitoring of patient vital signs and report changes in heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Close monitoring and titration of intravenous drips and safely administering multiple intravenous drips.
• Administer medications per route including oral, enteral, intravenous, intramuscular, sublingual, subcutaneous, topical, etc., and educate patients on medications.
• Collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, as well as, with other nurses to provide a plan of care to each patient.
• Supporting emotional support to patients and families, as well as, supporting coworkers in teamwork.
