At White Castle, I began my career working in facility maintenance as a service technician. As a technician, I perform and completed every aspect of facility maintenance: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration service, HVAC service, masonry repair, parking lot repair, concert repair, project management, vendor management etc.
- Managed up to eleven 24 hours locations as a service technician
- Schedule and supervised tasks performed by external vendors, including kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning, parking lot repair etc.
