Summary

I have been with the Coal Township correctional institute for over seven years. In those seven years I have received satisfactory to commendable annual reviews and strive to continue that trend in my future career. In my seven years I have worked all posts inside this institution and have a general knowledge of all areas. With my previous supervision experience I fully expect to hit the ground running, this has been shown through my time as a sergeant and I am ready to take on the leadership role of a lieutenant. The position of lieutenant comes with many responsibilities that I know I am ready to take on.
