I have held several positions at my current employer. During my time there i have advanced my position three times. I currently train or fill in for maintenance directors through out the company. I train them on our work order system and bring them up to speed on the expectations of the companies mission. I am proficient in many phases of remodeling and new construction. I have led teams on large renovations of the facilities and worked with hired contractors to do work outside our scope. I was also responsible for hiring new team members to the maintenance department.
