11/01/2021: Hired at MACU as a Hire Ahead MEO I without any prior banking experience.

-In 1 month I was able to coordinate a branch brunch for team bonding

-In 5 months I was able to coordinate Movie in the Park; inviting all the branches in Region 12

-In 6 months I was able to master my position as a Hire Ahead MEO I to apply for a permanent MEO 1 position.

06/27/2022: Hired as an MEO I

-2022 was the first full year in my position but I was able to reach the $1 Million Dollar Club in Rescue

-Always first to volunteer to help cover branches in our region that were going through some transitions: Las Vegas, Mesquite, Phoenix: Tatum, and Colorado City.

-Always made a great first impression with different branches and departments within MACU

-Nominated and added to the MACUFest Team for 2023

-$1 Million Club in 2023

-Took our Mud Volleyball Team to the Playoffs for the first time in MACU history at the 2024 Mesquite Rotary Club tournament

-Q3 of 2024: Started Leadership training with Henderson Branch Manager; Andrea Acosta

-It only took about 2 weeks to get a good grasp of our front desk duties and what was expected of us from all the other departments in our club.

-A month down the road, I felt comfortable communicating effectively with all those departments; Operations, Activity’s Desk, Account Managers, LifeSpa, LifeCafe, Aquatics, Kids
Academy, Tennis, Personal Trainers, and the LifeClinic.

-At my 2nd month, I have about 75% of our regular club
members’ names memorized and made personal connections with most of them as well.

-At my 3rd month, I was promoted to Member Services Lead Supervisor.

-At my 6th month I was named Employee of the Month for
the whole Club.
