• Drive the team to fulfill RF online testing stations including HW setup design lock-down, SW validation, testing process control, and production line bring-up, by making plans and tracking the execution
• Point of contact for collaboration with Apple RF teams
• Served as RF team representative assigned to Cupertino (US) for pre-build testing dry run and preparation
• Representative for external cross-functional team daily sync meeting
• Host for RF internal cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Antenna team for performance optimization
• Work with teams to provide corresponding follow-up, possible solutions, and present the tracking status of issues
• Assist in main issue tracking for Desense team and CoEx team.

#Team Leader

• 2 years’ experience leveraging team strength as co-lead to the RF online testing team. Peak team members include 40 direct laborers + 30 indirect laborers, total 70 members.
• Deal with common tasks as a team manager, including yearly staff performance review, drafting hiring plan and department budget plan, holding interviews, tasks prioritization and assignment, team building, and conflict management, etc.
• Negotiate with external and internal teams for resource arrangement and tasks coordination.

• Coordinated with sales team and engineering team internally and third-party certification institution externally, to accomplish safety certification project for power strips
• Tasks included negotiating the price of the project, filtering out the testing suitable for products, and managing the schedule for certification
• Assisted RD team in complying with safety regulations; clarified errors once testing failed and made a revision plan to meet the product launching timeline.

• Conducted sales programs with tasks ranging from researching, cold calls, holding events, sales visits, negotiating the price and service, sign-out contracts, to customer service with corporate clients and individual ones
• Signed out employee training contracts with companies including Nike, Puma, Taishin Bank, Cathay Bank, EY, JTI, Rolex, etc.
