
I went to Erie Community College and I graduated with my associates degree in Business Administration. I gained skills in marketing, administration, and business finance. I have been actively working at the Angry Buffalo at the Rose Garden since 2021 and have gained experience and skills from there as well. On top of this, I also earned my certificate in Cybersecurity during high school.
As a Cook Assistant, I supported kitchen staff in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities included assisting with food prep, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, I worked closely with chefs to execute menu items, manage inventory, and ensure that meals were prepared efficiently and on time, while maintaining a high standard of taste and presentation.
