Managed a group of ~30 people to fabricate Drum Pads to donate to the local middle schools. After weeks of planning, scheduling and getting our hands dirty, we made 42 Drum Pads using wood and rubber and split them between the 3 middle schools in my town. The donation was very well received and I still hear that they are being used.
