I started as a delivery driver in 2018 with no intentions on stepping into management. In November of 2019, my GM at the time asked if I'd be willing to work some inside shifts which turned into me becoming an Assistant Manager, Senior Assistant, and eventually General Manager. I've learned many skills over the last 6 years, from schedules, maintenance, running a business, managing peoples lives and their futures. I had to accurately place vendor orders, requesting different tools and parts, hiring when needed, and removing others when warranted.
