An insurance customer service representative (CSR), I helped customers with their car insurance policies, questions, and concerns. I also helped with claims, policy changes, and billing issues. If a customer is in danger or having car issues, I could locate them on a map and send a toll service driver to their rescue.

I helped customers with issues, complaints or questions typically over the phone.
