Was selected to and attended Training with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Ottawa, Canada.
Trained with International Mounted Units at the Kentucky Horse Park.
Trained with DC Park Police and International Instructors.
Attended a three-day seminar with the Stuttgart Mounted Police in Stuttgart, FRG.
Developed strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Negotiated with suppliers to secure cost-effective resources.
Conducted performance evaluations for team members and provided feedback.
Developed and maintained a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
