I have broke records on at least 3 occasions to where my roller pattern and techniques contributed to having the lowest surface profile bump detection using a, "high speed inertial profiler", contributing to maximum bonuses for smoothness as well as a stellar record for density bonuses also. This pattern technique is what I coined as, "stacking". A repetition in which you and your partner or partners rolling pattern while rolling tandem, in determining when/where/how to leave roller stop marks and how to eliminate them while keeping up with the paver. After perfecting this technique, my supervisor personally requested me to train other crews to get them onboard as well.
