During my 24 years of employment at the school district I was the acting Community Custodial Supervisor... I was in charge of 3 schools in my town and was the GO TO guy in between the community and admin... I ran a crew of 15 employees as well as working closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Dept/Grounds... I also had the privilege to work on capital projects with many different contractors... I like being a team player,self starter and someone who takes ownership... I am also willing to try something new... POSITIVE attitude is a must... I was employed as labor foreman... In charge of sprinkler, poly pipe and valve box installation... worked on did residential jobs and large contracts for schools and grape vineyards in Colorado

• Fabricated piping pieces and components in line with design specifications for each system.
• Finalized poly pipe and PVC customer plumbing systems with correct piping, fittings and valves.
• Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
